Our counseling services is a partnership towards your success. There is no "one" way to restore credit; its a collective effort of
behavior, understanding, knowing the rules, discipline, and so much more. Getting you off to a fast start requires this Step-By-Step Process

Step 3 – Forward user name, password, and answer to security question
Step 4 – Monitor Services Every 45 Days (3 Cycles)
Step 5 – Credit Behavior Analysis
Step 6 - Credit Report Updates
Provide Social Security & Address Verification
All three credit reporting agencies require two forms of identification to proceed with an investigation on disputed accounts. This includes social security verification and address verification. Please provide one document from each of the categories below:
ACCEPTABLE DOCUMENTS FOR SSN/IDENTIFICATION
1. Pay stub with SS number
2. Social Security Card
3. W2 stub
ACCEPTABLE DOCUMENTS FOR ADDRESS VERIFICATION
1. Driver’s license with current address
2. Rental / Lease Agreement
3. House Deed
4. Pay stub with current address
5. Utility Bill (gas, electric, water, cable, residential telephone bills)
These documents can be submitted by fax or email them to our office. Once we send out your challenge letters to the three credit reporting agencies, you will receive a courtesy email advising the date it went out. By law, the CRA's have 30 days from the date they receive the letter to respond. The response will come to you by mail in a blank white envelope, only showing a P.O. Box address. Please forward all correspondence you receive to us via fax or email immediately
Enroll For Credit Monitoring
One of the extremely unique aspects of our services is we give our clients the power to monitor the progress of our services right in the palm of their hands. Through our strategic partnership with *Identity IQ you'll be able to take a look at your credit reports, verify all of your information, and then send directly to us. The information you provides auto-populates into our system within seconds. You'll have the ability to monitor the progress of our services by updating your credit reports (every 30 days).
Forward Credit Reports
In order for us to assist you, we will need to obtain your consumer reports from the three credit agencies. This action is critical so that we can analyze the negative information on your reports and provide the appropriate response to achieve optimum affect. You can send your reports by email or fax. The Identity IQ service allows you to send your reports to us directly an auto populate into our system instantly.
Cycle Of Services
Once your application is processed and all the required documents have been received, the customer will receive a courtesy email as to when their challenge letter has been sent to CRAs; this signifies the start of the customer’s first cycle. After 30-35 days the customer will receive notices from each Credit Reporting Agency. These notices will list the results of the negative items which are being investigated. Once received by the customer, these documents should either be faxed or mailed to our corporate office to begin cycle two. Identity IQ users can monitor results via services and forward updates to us directly. After an additional 30-35 days the customer will receive another set of notices from each Credit Reporting Agency. Again, we must receive these documents to process the final stage, cycle three. It takes approximately 30-35 days for a client to complete their first cycle? RESTORATION PROCESS 2 After cycle three is complete the customer will receive one final set of notices for their review. Credit Behavior Analysis
As part of the services we will do a full analysis of your "credit" habits based on the five elements that comprise your credit score. Beyond Three Cycles
For an additional fee, the customer then has the option to continue with supplementary cycles through our restoration service. Customers may also obtain updated credit scores by contacting each individual credit reporting agency at their convenience, at the end of their third cycle restoration process. All three credit cycles are comprehensively examined and thoroughly investigated. We take serious pride in our restoration process and offer the most unsurpassed, individualized restoration services for each and every client in the industry today.
